Application effects of reclaimed water reuse technology on pharmaceutical wastewater

摘要

Using coagulation, ultrafiltration and reverse osmosis treatments as the core technologies of the water reuse treatment, the treatment effects of small test and pilot test on the effluent of secondary biological treatment in one pharmaceutical factory were analyzed. The results of small experiment showed that, the optimal dosage was 15-20 ppm, transmembrane pressure in ultrafiltration was stable, and electrical conductivity of reverse osmosis stabilized at 600 mu S/cm. The results of pilot test showed that, the turbidity of the clarifier effluent was lower than 10 NTU, and the removal rate of COD was 15.7%-48.8%. Ultrafiltration system operated steadily, whose transmembrane pressure stabilized at 0.4-0.6 kg/cm(2). The turbidity of water produced is stable, which was controlled around 0.17-0.28 NTU. The removal for COD was not very effective. The reverse osmosis operated steadily, and the desalination effect was gradually optimized. The application of the coagulation, ultrafiltration and reverse osmosis on pharmaceutical wastewater reuse project was effective.
