A generalization of the Bernfeld-Haddock conjecture

In this paper, we investigate the convergence of a non-autonomous differential equation with a time-varying delay. The equation has important practical applications. It is shown that every solution of the equation is bounded and tends to a constant as t -> +infinity, which generalizes the Bernfeld-Haddock conjecture. Our result improves and extends some existing ones.
