摘要

Gas absorption was measured at different vibrating frequencies using a vibrating gas absorption test. Adsorption onto non-saturated coal varies depending upon vibration frequency. A 10 Hz frequency normally triggered adsorption. At 20 or 30 Hz there was reduced adsorption. Gas saturated samples were less affected by vibration. Comparison of vibration and diffusion showed that for an equivalent air pressure the gas pore adsorption volume is nearly unchanged by vibration. The diffusion parameter, B, increased at 30, 20, 0 and 10 Hz. The diffusion rate was defined. Close to saturation samples are in a state of dynamic adsorption balance. During mining, coals affected by vibration may change their internal pressure and protrude as the vibrating frequency is increased. However, lower frequencies may delay this protrusion.
