摘要
Inorganic fertilizers are applied to reduce plant uptake of anthropogenic radionuclides, but scarce data are available for Pu-239 and Am-241. Wheat plantlets were grown in laboratory on limited amount of soil with Pu-239, Am-241 and different application rates of NPK and diammonium phosphate (DAP). As rates increased, the uptake of Pu-239 and Am-241 to the whole plantlet also increased. It was higher for DAP than for NPK, (higher supply of P2O5 and NH4 (+)). Root content was higher than shoots for all experiences, suggesting low mobility within the plantlet. Root content increased with fertilizer rate, but practically no effect in shoots.
