摘要
alpha-Aryl vinylphosphonates are an important class of organophosphorus compounds and synthetic intermediates for other organophosphorus molecules. The progress of transition-metal-catalyzed synthesis of alpha-aryl vinylphosphonates including hydrophosphorylation reactions, C-C cross-coupling reactions and C-P cross-coupling reactions is reviewed. The synthetic methods under metal-free conditions are also summarized The organic transformations of alpha-aryl vinylphosphonates and their applications in the synthesis of fosmidomycin analogues are also highlighted.
