摘要

The purpose of this study is to analyze, through causal relationship, what influence hotel intelligent which is hotel information system has on the strategy, work process, employee satisfaction, financial results and customer satisfaction in Hotel business. Empirical findings of this research suggest that hotel information system has positive, direct & indirect effects on financial results and customer satisfaction. There have been a lot of improvements with the short-term & long-term strategy, employee satisfaction and work process by using Hotel information system.
