摘要

In this study, equivalent coefficients of failure damage on vehicle structure have been computed in the condition of the vehicle proving ground roads. The structure failure damage and fatigue life are important problems about vehicle reliability and durability which were paid more attention by vehicle producers and users. In this paper, the load test on vehicle structure of control arm was finished under vehicle proving ground combination road containing 8 cases. The fatigue load spectrum is worked out using rain flow counting method. The stress concentration correction factor was calculated, and then fatigue damage of vehicle control arm structure under each vehicle proving ground road was calculated by using Palmgren-Miner's theory. Finally, an equivalent coefficient method was proposed in accordance with the principle of identical fatigue damage, by which the equivalent coefficients were calculated about the strengthen test roads relative to the general road. And the fatigue damage can be estimated for combining several strengthen test roads. It is very convenient, flexible and accurate to obtain the fatigue damage value of vehicle structure. The result of this paper is useful and meaningful to adjust vehicle durability test specification.
