An analytical method of fludioxonil technical material by high performance liquid chromatography

摘要

This paper introduces a determination for fludioxonil technical material by high performance liquid chromatography. With room temperature, using acetonitrile and water as the mobile phase, the flow rate is 1.0 ml/min, the detection wavelength is 215 nm, the fludioxonil technical quantity is determined. As a result, the fludioxonil peak area ratio and the quality have a good linear relationship (R2 = 1), and the accuracy determination of the recovery rate is between 99.58% and 101.94%. Furthermore, the retention time is 7.031 min, and the relative deviation of the retention time is 0.01%. Finally, this method shows that the result has quickly separated with a better effect, high precision and accuracy. Moreover, this method has a good linear relationship, and also has a shorter retention time. It is truly a wonderful method of analysis for fludioxonil content.
