摘要

A nanostructured NiCrBSi-TiB2 coating was prepared on 45 steel substrate by high velocity oxy-fuel process (HVOF). The microstructure and crystal structure were characterized and analyzed by means of X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy. Meanwhile, the sliding wear resistance of NiCrBSi-TiB2 coating and NiCr-Cr3C2 coating were evaluated by ball-on-disc testing. Nanostructured NiCrBSi-TiB2 coating has the characteristics of nano grain and microstructure homogenization with the average grain size of about 46 nm. The nanostructured NiCrBSi-TiB2 coating has a better wear resistance than that of the NiCr-Cr3C2 coating, which results in that the nanostructured coating has excellent fracture toughness,hardness and microstructure uniformity distribution. ?, 2015, Chinese Mechanical Engineering Society of Heat Treatment.
