摘要

The structural health monitoring system of FAST 30 m model was studied in order to effectively assess the safety and serviceability of the structure. The frame, functions and monitored variables of the system were determined according to the structural characteristics; sensors were selected based on application conditions and cost performance, and positions of strain sensors were optimized by computing hot-spot stresses and maximum sensitivities of cable stresses on structural stiffness ';using the probabilistic sensitivity method, positions of acceleration instruments were optimized using the effective independence method; the structural safety assessment and pre-warning method were studied; the system was developed with software of Matlab, Ansys, Labview and etc. Results indicate that the structural health monitoring system of FAST 30 m model can coordinate smoothly, and it is successfully applied to the stretch forming of FAST 30 m model with its anticipated design functions.
