摘要
Four novel pyran annulated heterocyclic compounds (1-4) were synthesized and characterized via IR, H-1 NMR, HRMS, and single crystal X-ray crystallography. Their anti-congestive heart failure activity in blood pressure experiments was then carried out and the results showed that compounds 3 and 4 exhibited potent anti-congestive heart failure activities, especially the compound 3, which showed more effective action than levosimendan.
