Adjacent rock stability of tunnel excavated with tunnel boring machine (TBM) was analyzed with FEM under different buried depth conditions. Stress strain distributions, plastical area development were studied by analyzing the numerical computer results. The calculation shows that the increment of buried depth, the stress, displacement, plastic area and the possibility of the rock outburst increase in different degree. Tectonic stress is the main ground stress. There is no tensile stress around the tunnel. In addition, plastic area is distributing in the shape of torus. Under the condition of large buried depth, the calculation result of M-C criterion is prior to D-P criterion. Convergence displacements of duct pieces increase continually along with the increase of the lateral pressure coefficient. Duct piece deformation is increasing to the opening direction until 500 meters away from the heading face when it becomes stable.
