摘要

Mobile Ad hoc Networks (MANETs), within which nodes can move arbitrarily, is a self-configuring network without infrastructure. The trust mechanism for MANETs had been proposed as a promising methodology to handle the complex security problems. This paper starts with the concepts of trust mechanism existing in the MANETs, related work is summarized and presented. Secondly the Dempster-Shafer (D-S) Evidence Theory is analyzed and related formulae are discussed. Thirdly we give our method based on the D-S theory to analyze success ratio in routing data package among nodes and malicious nodes influence on the ratio. We also give experimental result based on our method. Finally, a range of open issues and challenges for trust ecosystems in MANETs is highlighted. Research of Trust established among nodes in the MANETs which are not border upon, will be a fascinating area in emergence of MANETs technology.
