摘要

To find a solution to the issue of flue gas temperature fluctuations existing in the sintering gas desulphurization process, a fuzzy control strategy with feedforward-feedback for tower top temperature was proposed. A setting value of spray water volume was calculated by a multiple linear regression feedforward calculation model, which was established based on the energy conservation law. According to the working conditions, the fuzzy control algorithm was applied to compensate the spray water. The results show that the feedforward model can inhibit the influence caused by disturbance of flue gases change, and the fuzzy controller can stabilize the control of tower top temperature. According to the comparison of industrial application results before and after, the control strategy designed can effectively improve the control effect on the tower top temperature.
