摘要

A platinum-copper particle modified nitric oxide(NO) microsensor was prepared at platinum microelectode (Phi = 15 mu m). This microsensor was studied by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, cyclic voltammetry, differential pulse voltammetry and diferential pulse amperometry, which was found to be able to electrocatalytically oxidize NO. The microsensor exhibits good sensitivity, reproducibility, and selectivity for the detection of NO. The detection limit was 3.5 x 10(-8) mol/L. The linear relationship between the response and the NO concentration was in the range of 8.2 x 10(-8) similar to 4.5 x 10(-6) mol/L.
