摘要
The application effects of silicone-acrylate miniemulsion polymer on the leather release paper have been studied in order to improve waterproof performance of surface coating and reduce peel strength and obtain high glossiness and excellent performance of leather release paper.It has maily been discussed that the influences of dosage of vinyl polysiloxane during the silicone/acrylic miniemulsion polymerization on the peel strength, Cobb value and glossiness of the coated leather release paper.The optimal parameters have been determined.Besides, the surface morphology of leather release paper was characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and atomic force microscope (AFM).
