摘要
A V-band 1-V compact voltage-controlled oscillator (VCO) is implemented in 0.18 m CMOS technology with low power dissipation from 6.3 to 16.1 mW. A proposed frequency doubler can increase oscillation frequency and is also used for replacing varactors and buffers. A 0.1-mm(2) small chip layout area and isolation improvement can be achieved.
