摘要

Nanopowder of a new tin(II) titanium(IV) oxide hyproxide fluoride, Sn(1.24)Ti(1.94)O(3.66)(OH)(1.50)F(1.42), with the pyrochlore-type structure (cubic alpha = 10.3777(7) angstrom, space group Fd3m) was prepared at 180 degrees C and pH 2 by using a microwave assisted solvothermal reaction. The grain size of the nanopowder was 20-30 nm. It decomposed into a mixture of anatase-type and rutile-type Sn(0.39)Ti(0.61)O(2) at around 400 degrees C. A single phase of rutile-type Sn(0.39)Ti(0.61)O(2) (tetragonal a = 4.6805(6), c = 3.0961(4) angstrom, space group P4(2)/mnm) having a grain size of about 100 nm could be obtained by heating Sn(1.24)Ti(1.94)O(3.66)(OH)(1.50)F(1.42) at 800 degrees C.
