Based on the introduction of complex manufacturing collaborative logistics network, the paper uses the system and the dynamic evolution thoughts, has theoretical studies on complex manufacturing collaborative logistics network. The operational mechanism and optimization model is analyzed by evolutionary mechanism, organizational systems and interactive mode, and the orderly operation of complex manufacturing collaborative logistics network is measured through synergy degree, stability and self-organization three angles.
