Let phi : R -> S be a ring homomorphism of Noetherian rings and let a be an ideal of R. Let M be a finitely generated S-module with dim(R)(M) = d. In this paper, we prove that the R-module H(a)(d)(M) has a secondary representation and we exhibit its set of attached primes (under some technical conditions).
