A convenient synthesis of 2-(1H-1,2,4-triazol-1-yl)-2H-1,4-benzothiazine derivatives

A series of 2-(1H-1,2,4-triazol-1-yl)-2H-1,4-benzothiazines were designed and synthesized by condensation of 1,2,4-triazole-substituted omega-bromoacetophenones and O-aminothiophenols with the aid of K(2)CO(3) under mild conditions with moderate to high yields.
