摘要

Available moving-magnet linear oscillatory motor has many disadvantages such as complex structure and flux leakage. So a novel moving-magnet transverse-flux linear oscillatory motor was presented, this motor has the characteristics of light weight of mover, simple manufacture process, good force characteristics. Based on equivalent magnetic circuit model, the expression of electromagnetic force was established. Formula display that electromagnetic force coefficient has relationship with the motor structure parameters and permanent magnet but not with the position of mover. In order to verify the equivalent magnetic circuit model and analyze the motor, the 3D finite element model was established. Then the magnetic field in air gap was analyzed and the effect of permanent magnet and outside stator';s axial length on stroke was investigated on the basis of the 3D finite element model. Finally, the characteristics of motor was researched by corresponding experiment. The models was validated by experimental results. All analysis results are benefit to motor';s optimal design.
