Descriptions are given about the SHT75 digital temperature and humidity sensor which is based on the CMOSens [registered trademark] technology and used in the radon chamber monitor system. Its major features, internal constructions, scales transformation and the overall realization of temperature and humidity data acquisition under the monitor system are introduced. The temperature and humidity monitor system for radon chamber equipped with SHT75 digital temperature and humidity sensor enjoys a simple electric circuit and features timeliness, precision, stability, and graphicness.
