We will consider a continuously differentiable function gamma : -> R satisfying the inequality vertical bar p (t) gamma (t) - q(t) gamma (t) - r(t) vertical bar <= epsilon for all t epsilon I and |vertical bar y (t(0)) - alpha vertical bar <= delta for some t(0) epsilon I and alpha epsilon R. Then we will approximate.. by a solution z of the linear equation p (r) z' (r) - q(t)z(t) - r(t) = 0 with z(t(0)) = alpha.
