摘要

On the basis of traditional economic dispatch and combining with the purpose of energy conservation and environmental protection, a multi-objective optimal dispatch model that considers minimum consumption cost, minimum emission and minimum network loss is constructed, then an interactive multi-objective decision-making method based on evaluation function is proposed for solving it. Comprehensive degree evaluation function can coordinate the three optimization objects, namely the energy conservation, consumption reduction and emission mitigation, so it is considered to be practical. This method avoids the difficulty of determining weight coefficients during the conversion from multi-objective to a single object, and it can fully reflect the wish of the decision-maker, so interaction is enhanced in the process of decision-making. Simulation results of standard IEEE 30-bus test system demonstrate the rationality of the established model and the effectiveness of the proposed method.
