摘要
Nanoparticle agglomeration in the flowing gases before reaching the collector is a serious problem in nano powder preparation by vapor synthesizing. The possible mechanism of the agglomeration was tentatively discussed. The agglomerating processes of the nano particle were calculated with molecular gas dynamics. The distributions along the path to the collector for various parameters, including the diameter, mass, velocity and number density of the particles were evaluated.
