摘要

To reduce the risk of tire burst for high-speed vehicles, a driver's instinctive operation was analyzed when the vehicle running in a straight line with the steering tire burs, and combined with the mechanical model of the steering system and the mechanical properties of burst tire, under the tire longitudinal force the steering torque characteristics on kingpin offset were also analyzed. Then according to the vehicle dynamics model and the displacement mutation in the vertical direction of the tire wheel center after tire burst, the kinematics equation of the vertical load of the vehicle after tire burst was established. Through simulation and analysis the dynamics responses of the tire vertical load and the steering system were obtained. The results show that the driver takes braking for deceleration to control the speed after tire burst, which may cause the steering wheel to generate instantaneous reverse torque and if the driver can not react promptly, the vehicle will go off course inevitably.
