摘要

Directionally solidified NiAl-W pseudobinary eutectic alloys were selectively etched using an electrochemical system of three electrodes with pulsed potentials to remove the W fibrous phase, and nanoporous NiAl matrix was obtained. Experimental results demonstrated that the ammonium acetate solution has better dissolving efficiency than Na2HPO4-C6H8O7 buffer solution in selectively dissolving the W phases. The dissolving rate at the pulsed potential of 0.5 V is much higher than that of 1.0 V in the same dissolving duration. For polarization at the pulsed potential of 0.5 V, the pore diameter is a constant of 0.22 mu m and the dissolving depth increases during the dissolving duration. Over-dissolving occurred at the pulsed potential of 1.0 V, led to the enlargement of the pores on the NiAl matrix. The number of connecting pores in the sample evidently increased with solidification speed from 8 mu m/s to 15 mu m/s.
