摘要
We examine maximum enhancement that can be achieved in the ZZ and gamma gamma channels for a two-Higgs-doublet model Higgs boson with a mass near 125 GeV. Theoretical constraints restrict substantially the possibilities for enhancing the gg -%26gt; h -%26gt; gamma gamma or gg -%26gt; H -%26gt; gamma gamma signal relative to that for the SM Higgs. We find enhanced rates in the gamma gamma final state for the h in the Type I 2HDM - the largest [gg -%26gt; h -%26gt; gamma gamma]/[gg -%26gt; h(SM)gamma gamma] ratio found is of the order of similar to 1.3, when tan beta = 4 or 20 and the charged Higgs boson has its minimal LEP-allowed value of m(H)+/- = 90 GeV.
