New limonoids from the fruits of Melia toosendan

Two new limonoids, 1 alpha-Tigloyloxy-3 alpha-acetoxyl-7 alpha-hydroxyl-12 alpha-ethoxyl nimbolinin (1) and1 alpha-Benzoyloxy-3 alpha-acetoxyl-7 alpha-hydroxyl-12 alpha-ethoxyl (2), were isolated from the fruits of Melia toosendan. Their structures were established on the basis of various NMR spectroscopic analyses, including 2D-NMR techniques (HSQC, HMBC, NOESY) and HR-ESI-MS.
