摘要
It is demonstrated that, in an atomic system on an isolated level, linear polarization can be transformed into circular polarization in a weak electric field. If a weak magnetic field is applied to the system, a similar transformation is possible only in the case of anisotropic excitation of Zeeman sublevels.
