摘要

Wild and cultivated Paridis Rhizoma (PR) were analyzed and characterized systematically by integral analysis method and two dimensional correlation infrared spectroscopy, both of which have been successfully utilized in the analysis of complex mixtures. According to their infrared spectra, peaks clusters at around 1642 and 1022 cm(-1 )could be considered as the key factors to discriminate them. Besides, significant differences emerged in their second derivative spectra, particularly the peaks at 1619, 1317 and 781 cm(-1) attributed to calcium oxalate. In addition, standard IR spectra of starch, calcium oxalate and oil were used as references to compare with wild and cultivated PR, indicating that the relative contents of oil in cultivated PR are higher than that in wild PR While, the relative content of calcium oxalate is higher in wild PR than cultivated one. Moreover, synchronous two-dimensional correlation spectra present great difference in the range of 1750-1350 cm(-1). Furtherly, cluster analysis based on principle component analysis algorithm were conducted, obtaining a good classification result.
