摘要

The chromatic characteristics of wines are important criteria in definition of their quality. The spectrometric methods allow an objective and accurate determination of colour. The experiments carried out in this work were focused on testing different methods (Glories, Sudraud, CIE-xyz and CIELAB) to study the colour of red wines: Merlot, Cabernet-Sauvignon, Burgund, Pinot Noir and Feteasca Neagra from the Valea Calugareasca vineyard region. The CIELAB parameters are the best parameters for defining the colour of wines.
