摘要
Based on the definition of resource industry and through comparison of methods to identify resource industry cluster, the widely used, relatively mature regional quotient with easy access to data materials and simple computation to measure resource industry cluster. Analysis on the number of resources of the industrial cluster, obtained the degree of resources industrial cluster in the Midwest China is much higher than the economic developed regions, industry cluster overall volatility is relatively large, resource industry cluster degree rising trend is not obvious.
