Brief Summary: Vasopressin exerts important cardio-renal effects, but remains problematic to measure. Copeptin is a more stable peptide derived from the same precursor molecule. In this case-control study from the Type I Diabetes Exchange (Ti DX) Biobank registry, men with T1D and albuminuria had greater copeptin concentrations than men with normoalbuminuria.
