The continuous improvement of China's economic strength has promoted the development of enterprise management in our country. And the evaluation level of the enterprise operating efficiency has a direct impact on the development of business conditions. Therefore, the study of enterprise efficiency evaluation is of great significance. In this paper, according to take the factor analysis and clustering analysis theory as the research basis, the evaluation of the enterprise management efficiency was analyzed and researched by constructing the DEA model, so as to improve the enterprise operating conditions and provide an effective way. The author believed that it was relatively objective to apply the DEA model and factor clustering analysis to evaluate the business efficiency, so that the development of business was promoted.
