摘要
Changes to CSA A23.3-04 (R2010) are proposed to correct errors and ensure safety relevant to the shear and the bending moment induced by the transfer of moments at slab-column connections. The corrections were considered non-persuasive in 2009; the CSA A23.3 Committee does not publish submittals of the public or the responses to them. The present note is a public submittal for improving the code.
