摘要

Because only a simple four-phase QFD network cannot deal with the complex product development very well, a QFD network is developed to offer a design framework for the early design of a complex product, which demonstrates the top-down decomposition-design process. In addition to presenting the QFD network an uncertain multi-level programming model and its algorithm are proposed to help the designers to obtain an optimal solution. Before modeling, standard quality loss functions are developed to avoid the shortages of the conventional functions. Finally part of the overall design of a civil aircraft is used as a case study to explain the proposed methodology.
