A new polyoxoniobate with (NbO8)-O-IV center and Cu-24 core

摘要

A new polyoxoniobate with (NbO8)-O-IV center and Cu-24 core K12Na[(H23NbO8Cu24)-O-IV(Nb7O22)(8)]center dot 81H(2)O (1) has been synthesized by the reaction of K7HNb6O19 center dot 13H(2)O with Cu(CH3COO)(2)center dot H2O in the presence of (NbO2)-O-IV, and characterized by elemental analyses, IR spectrum, TG analysis, magnetic property and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The structure analysis reveals that the polyoxoanion is composed of one (NbO8)-O-IV cube-like unit. 24 copper centers and eight [Nb7O22](9-) fragments. The magnetic investigation shows that compound 1 exhibits antiferromagnetic interactions.
