A daylight climate data preprocessing method

As it is well known to all that data quality problems are widespread in the real world, such as noise and inconsistent. To solve these problems, we need to use data preprocessing technology to enhance data quality and provide more reliable data for the next study. In this paper, we present a data preprocessing approach which is based on the characteristics of daylight climate data. And then the experimental results and the real-world data show that the data quality can be improved effectively by this approach. In addition, we emphasize the integration of the domain knowledge in data preprocessing in order to boost data preprocessing more effective, more targeted and more standardized.
