摘要

A multi-objective programming mathematical model of the BOF(Basic Oxygen Furnace) and CCM(Continuous Casting Machine) matched was established from the perspective of precise design, on the premise of segmentation and specification of steel according to the production outline, which was the functions on less investment, BOF and CCM matched compact, high operating rate of converter and high level of weighted average casting speed for one production line in the steelmaking plant of all plate and strip. Then, proposed overall configuration method of BOF - CC in the steelmaking plant through combination based on the one production line. The solving method of the model was proposed by the improved stratified sequence method. Finally, the design above is considered as the better project after tested based on the production outline of a new large steel plant.
