Possibilities of amplifying of the polarization plane rotation and stabilizing of the light polarization azimuth by the Fabri-Perot resonator filled with cholesteric liquid crystal (CLC) are investigated. The influence of the system's parameters on the polarization plane rotation amplification and the polarization azimuth stabilization are discussed.
