摘要

A new methodology (CAST-511) was presented to calculate the fill effect endured by the satellite during rocket launch. This methodology combines the idea of statistical acoustics with statistical energy analysis (SEA) and takes into consideration of the configuration of the satellites. Acoustic tests were conducted in CAST's 4000m(3) reverberation chamber. Three spacecrafts (DFH-3, DFH-4, TZ-1) with different configurations were installed in the payload fairing (PLF) and then exposed to different sound pressure level (SPL) to simulate flight conditions. The fill effect theory (CAST-511) agreed better with test results than NASA's fill effect method in lower frequency which only considered the gap distance between the inner surface of the PLF and the spacecraft. This paper will also address the ISO 19924.
