A unique jerk system with hidden chaotic oscillation

An equilibrium-free piecewise linear jerk system is obtained by a signum operation based on the Sprott R system, which gives hidden oscillation of large basin of attraction. The new proposed chaotic system has a unique structure with an independent parameter for partial amplitude control, which experimentally can be realized in the circuit by a capacitor as well as a rheostat. Interestingly, the hidden attractor can be found easily in our designed jerk circuit, and it appears smoothly for the betrayal of inherent electronic noise even without any equipment for setting initial states. The amplitude controller in the hidden attractor depends on a comprehensive time constant in the circuit, which to our knowledge has not been previously reported.
