摘要

One of the factors of work effectiveness is appraisal of fairness of organizational decisions. Psychological research demonstrates that it affects employees' attitude to colleagues and administration, work satisfaction and assessment of the organization. One naturally wonders how universal that influence is and how it varies according to employees' individual characteristics. A study was conducted to investigate the problem which involved 287 employees of state and commercial organizations. They assessed fairness of admittance/attestation, attitude to the organization, as well as completing questionnaires on achievement motivation, affiliation, self-effectiveness. The findings show that appraisal of fairness of organizational interaction is a predictor of attitude to the organization, but its role depends on a person's motivation.
