Diffuse neutrophilic dermatosis associated with amoxicillin-clavulanic acid: First case

Drug-induced Sweet%26apos;s syndrome is uncommon but has been associated with various drugs such as antibiotics. We report a case of severe neutrophilic dermatosis following amoxicillin clavulanic acid treatment for a supposed infectious tonsillitis in a 52-year-old woman. This association has not been described so far. Thus, physicians should be aware of medications when meeting patients with neutrophilic dermatosis.
