摘要
This article applies a Systematic Review protocol for Software Engineering to IT (Information Technology) outsourcing supplier selection decision. The objective is searching for criteria related to IT outsourcing supplier selection decision. Furthermore, the systematic review is focused on identifying initiatives and reports related to IT outsourcing supplier selection decision proposals. Results obtained show that there is a need for more in-depth studies and also a new list of evaluation criteria for IT outsourcing supplier selection is defined.
