ABSORPTION SPECTRA OF ZnO:Li THIN FILMS IN THE REGION OF A PHASE TRANSITION

We have studied the temperature variation of the intrinsic absorption edge for ZnO:Li films obtained by high-frequency magnetron sputtering. We have observed anomalous behavior of the optical bandgap width in the vicinity of the temperature of a ferroelectric phase transition at T = 327 K. For the first time, we have observed the appearance of this phase transition on the thermally stimulated depolarization (TSD) current curves.
