摘要

Using HPLC the Gallic acid, salicylic acid, 3-Phenylpropionic acid, benzoic acid and cinnamic acid were identified in the ginseng rhizosphere soil. These phenolics between the 0.05 mmol center dot L-1 to 0.5 mmol center dot m(-1) concentrations promoted the spore germination and mycelium growth of Cylindrocarpon destructan (zinss) Scholten. In pot and field experiments, the Gallic acid, salicylic acid and benzoic acid at 0.5 mmol center dot L-1 and 3-Phenylpropionic acid, cinnamic acid at 0.05 mmol center dot L-1 concentrations aggravated the disease severity by this fungus.
