摘要

The cross-section character and microstructure of polyacrylonitrile fibers which were preoxided gradually at 200-275°C were investigated by means of scanning electron microscope(SEM), wide angle X-ray diffraction (WAXD), small angle X-ray scattering (SAXS). Based on the WAXD and SAXS data of different specimen, the crystallite size, micropore size, volume fraction of small micropore and micropore fractal dimension were calculated respectively. The change of microstructure during preoxidation was also analyzed. Results showed that as the preoxidation temperature increased, the crystallite size of fibers increased and then decreased, while the micropore size of fibers decreased and then increased, volume fraction of small micropore increased gradually, micropore fractal dimension reduced and then increased.
